Guten Morgen, Herr Schultz. *Wie geht's? - Good morning, Mr Schultz. How are you?

Gut, Danke. Das Wetter ist heute sehr schön. Die Sonne scheint. Warum hast du dein Regenmantel und Regenschirm heute *mitgebracht? - Good, thank you. Today the weather is very nice. The sun is shining. Why have you brought along your raincoat and umbrella?

Heute Nachmittag wird es regnerisch sein. Siehst du die Wolken aus dem Westen? - This afternoon it will be rainy. You see the clouds out of the west?

Ach, ja. Leider habe ich meinen Regenschirm im Hause hintergelassen. Ich muß sofort nach Hause zurückkehren. Ich werde sie in ein Paar Minuten wiedersehen. - Oh, yeah. Unfortunately, I left my umbrella behind in the house. I must go back home immediately. I'll see you again in a few minutes. 

Ich werde auf dich an der Bank dort warten. Bis später! - I'll wait on you at the park bench there. Till later!

Tschüß! - Bye!

*Here the informal expression 'Wie geht's?' is used while the two are friends.

*This is a special class of verb known as a separable prefix verb (mitbringen) used here in the present perfect tense 'hast mitgebracht'. These types of verbs use prefixes (usually prepositions such as in, on, under etc) which add special meaning or emphasis to the base verb, bringen in this case. Three others are used here: hinterlassen, zurückkehren, wiedersehen.
